Terms and Conditions for D&O Medicals

1. Booking Amendments

• All bookings can be amended up to 48 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.

• Please request any changes to your booking by contacting us via email at info@divingandoffshoremedicals.com.

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

• Please request any refunds or cancellations via info@divingandoffshoremedicals.com.

 

3. Delays and Punctuality

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

• Delays in arrival may result in the full medical examination not being possible and may require rescheduling, which will incur additional fees.

• Appointments that cannot be completed due to late arrival are fully chargeable.

 

4. Chaperone Requests

• If you require a chaperone for your medical examination, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

• All medical examinations are conducted by Dr. Alan D. Kohn (male).

 

5. Examination Limitations

• If the medical examination cannot be completed due to medical reasons, full fees still apply.
