Required for anyone over 45, or who answers *yes* to any question on the Diver Medical Participant questionnaire. This is a face to face general medical examination concentrating on personal medical factors highlighted by positive answers to the questionnaire. It includes lung function testing. Please bring along details of any significant medical conditions that you have had or are currently suffering from, together with a list of any medication the you are taking.
